Student's input/idea:I would like to develop a proposal targeting HIV+ Blacks/African-American inmates an urban city like San Francisco transition to the community. Use "sociological imagination" and include a sociological intervention of some kind.Develop a proposal should include the following parts:Introduction (2-3 pages) Establish the importance of the broad topic you are addressing (HIV/AIDS) Identify the community you will be addressing and WHY this community matters forAIDS prevention (high prevalence, few prevention programs, or possible next hot-spot?) This section should also make use of references from class support the likelihood thatyour proposed program will succeed. Demonstrate that this is an evidence-basedproposal.Methodology (.5 -1 pages) How will you test the efficacy of your program? How will you know that it hassucceeded?Anticipated Timeline and Budget (1 page) This section will vary by proposal and of course your numbers will be estimated.
