However, in some of their ownprevious research Doug and David foundthat although students play a lot of video games theyremain active and engage in sufficientexercise. In their current study they asked children tokeep a log and then to report for agiven week the number of hours of video game playing andexercise that they engage in and alsoto report the number of dinners that their families eattogether as a measure of familyconnection. They also collected gender and age asdemographic data.
