To learn more about the sociological view of bureaucracies, pleaseread Chapter 6,pages 119-121. After you've read this section, I'd like you to practice with the concepts you've just learned. Please select a bureaucracy you are familiar with (it could be the medical facility you get care at, where you work, or even NOVA).
