For example, a family of four(mother, father, sister (age 16) brother (age 17) lived in a house. The brotherwas affiliated with Bloods. The rival gang Cripsdid a drive-by-shootingon the house killing the little sister. She was an innocent victim. This is theshort-term effect of gang violence for those who decidedthe life of beingin a gang.
