Need help with political science and an Essay - Texas Legislature

One issue I spend some time on in my otherjob as a lobbyist is ex-offender housing.Employers are nervous about hiring peoplewith criminal records. Recidivism statistics show those with felony convictionsmuch more likely to commit crimes than those without felony convictions.Housing providers feel the same way for the same reason. Besides scaringpeople, employers and housing providers are worried about the liabilities.
