My husband and I have two cats while my mother in-law has two dogs. We all share the fish and the guinea pig. I currently work as an infant teacher and a preschool three teacher, I wanted to gain as much knowledge and experience working with children as possible as I am working on obtaining my degree in Child Development. I will be finished with my degree in the summer of 2017; so only a little more to go! My plan is to become a first or second grade teacher as i love the environment of teaching and the sense of accomplishment it can offer. I have taken a great deal of child development courses as I love the subject so much. I am not sure what I hope to learn from this class just yet but i am sure I will learn a great deal as the field of child development is based on psychology which is an ever changing and evolving science. I look forward to meeting all of you & learning together throughout this course.
