I'm trying to set up the following problem and I'm not sure where to start as I don't understand all the forces. A .340 kg tennis racket strikes a 57 g tennis ball. The tennis ball acceleration of 95 m/s^2 and I must find the magnitude of deceleration of the racket if the grip is loose so that the force from the hand is to be ignored.
