Civil Rights Movement discussion response, writing homework help
Civil Rights Movement I do not believe that Americans have forgotten the struggles and the importance of the Civil Rights Movement because each new generations is being taught less and less accurate information about it. You cannot forget something that you've never been taught. The information which is presented and taught has been washed down to the point that many fail to recognize the hardship that African American families endured. Slavery and the lack of respect that African Americans once lived by crippled and broke the traditions that so many others lived by. The Civil Right Movement paved the way for basic liberties that many take for granted today. Although some privileges were granted throughout the years, the world seems to be going backwards in a lot of ways.
